natures grace does honor

The weed and the grass
Bowed to the oak and say
'father you look after,
You shade us from heat
And lessen the wind
Tho we parish faster.'
The oaks branches swayed
In a glorious way
And bowed to the weed and the grass:
'For many a year, you returned unto here,
And I shall only once pass'
